David B. Giminiani, Owner of CDE Bookkeeping has over 19 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience in the private, not-for-profit and government sectors. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Saint Rose and earned a Master of Arts in Business and Policy Studies from Empire State College. In addition, David is a Certified Bookkeeper through the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers. Requirements for the certification include a multi-part exam administered at Prometric Test Centers, accounting experience, and signing a Code of Ethics. In order to maintain the certification, a minimum of 20 Continuing Professional Education Credits must be earned annually. David is also a registered tax preparer with both the Internal Revenue Service and the New York State Department of Tax and Finance. David is a proud member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and the National Association of Tax Professionals.

David has been self-employed for over 10 years so he understands the importance of all aspects of owning and running a business.
